Jonathan Rouse

An ideas person and an adventurer; Jonathan studied subjects including Graphic Design, Photography, Philosophy and Film & Drama. Having graduated Jonathan left the UK to travel the world. Living and working in Australia and travelling independently through South East Asia, Australasia and North & Central America. He returned to the UK in 2000.

The subsequent 12 months saw Jonathan supporting the CONNECT programme; an initiative designed to help business advisers deal with relevant issues through the production of video case studies. Success ensured that Jonathan was headhunted by Redwaters as a design manager and managed the creative aspects of several major contracts with Design Council, DTI, Defra and Business Link, and worked across a wide range of media.

Jonathan set up RED FRED in January 2005 with the intention of using the experience gained over the last 5 years in helping growing businesses and managing the design and creative requirements of high profile public and private sector organisations.

The concept that drives Jonathan is to help businesses be as good as they can be through the use design and creativity (and that includes RED FRED).

John Tibbott

After graduating with a degree in Advertising, John's first appointment was in Saudi Arabia for Saatchi and Saatchi. Here he spent time working for such prestigious clients as British Airways, Al Azizia Panda, The Saudi American Bank and Almarai, the largest dairy company in the middle east.

On returning to the UK, John was the sole designer working in-house for local government. Serving the entire council, he was able to gain a multitude of experience working on everything from newspapers to large format graphics.

John was recruited from the council, to a leading exhibition company based in Cheshire. As well as producing printed design for companies such as Penguin Books, Channel Five, Jetix and Longman he has also worked on exhibition graphics for the likes of Royal Doulton, The Royal Horticultural Society and Bentley Motors.

John joined RED FRED in October 2006 and takes any brief in his stride. A fan of the creative process, John loves sitting down with a new brief, a pen and a piece of paper and letting nature takes its course.

Passionate about creativity, he always keeps an eye on his contemporaries. A keen music buff, both listening and playing one of his four guitars. John also enjoys travel and lists Tuscany as one of the most beautiful places on earth.

Simon Warbrook profile pic

Simon Warbrook

Simon Graduated with a degree in Communication Design and followed this by travelling and working in Asia and Australia, where he also met his wife in Sydney (She's a west country lass!)

He lived in Somerset for 3 years working as a Freelance art editor for one of the country's leading magazine publishers, Future. This role saw him working on over fifteen titles, including publications like PC Format and Fast Car.

However, the draw of his home town of Nantwich was too much and moved to a position of graphic and web designer in the education sector – work which included design of further & higher education prospectuses and the redesign and maintenance of a college website.

He joined RED FRED in March 2008 and has become largely involved in website design including content management systems and ecommerce.

Simon is a bit of an adrenalin junky, mountain biking and snowboarding, but he has recently sold his 'downhill' mountain bike and bought a road bike (?!) to compete in the Nantwich Triathlon. He still prefers to get out on his mountain bike though and can regularly be seen overtaking people on the black sections at Llandegla trail centre!

Also a music fan, he's been to Glastonbury Festival a few times.
