Case study

Hall Smith Whittingham LLP Solicitors
Hall Smith Whittingham are one of the most highly accredited solicitors outside of London. However their identity and brand did not match the quality of their work or their reputation. As they changed to an Limited Liability Partnership they saw the opportunity to make a change to their identity. Working closely with the practice manager we discussed the business benefits of a campaign of sustained brand development to enhance the image of the practice and help to establish the business in the changing legal world.
We helped uncover the ‘big idea’ of the brand and developed an identity and strapline that represented the businesses values. Following on from the logo and business stationery we began an ongoing project of designing various communication materials. Brochures, leaflets and signage in phase one to local sponsorship, advertising and PR in phase two. We are continuing the brand development inline with the growth of the practice to develop specific marketing solutions for the individual departments and even the re-furbishment of the offices. The way the brand communicates has been massively enhanced.
